At Library of Small Things, we care about making your experience smooth and fair. If something isn’t quite right with your order, please read below to find out how we can help.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty.
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at refunds@libraryofsmalltyhings.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Include: Your order number, A brief description of the issue, and A photo (if applicable)
Change of Mind Returns
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind
Returning Items
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. You must return the item via a trackable method. Include your name and order number in the return package.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
