Hara Karamichali was born in 1967 in Athens, Greece. Her grandmother from Izmir taught her how to crochet. As she developed her technique, Hara began sculpting wire and incorporating semi-precious stones into her designs. Her creations are inspired by nature and the idyllic landscapes of her native Greece.
